Technical Director
Responsibilities:
– Determine the company’s technological strategy together with the team
– Assess technical risks and plan for their elimination
– Establishes standards and procedures to track and measure project progress
– Evaluate analysts’ performance, identify strengths, problem areas and develop plans for improvement
– Searching and evaluating new technologies and tools as opportunities for innovation and improved development
– Monitoring the development process of technical documentation for accuracy and timeliness
– Strategic planning in accordance with the company’s development strategy
– Project Management
Requirements:
– Minimum 10 years of experience in Telecom companies in engineering positions and 3 years in management positions
– Good understanding of GSM mobile network infrastructure. The advantage will be: project activities for the deployment and implementation of Telecom/IT services, software and hardware solutions
– Knowledge of potential fraud schemes with SMS traffic and methods to detect them
– Experience in personnel management, team building
– Experience in developing Telecom/IT strategists
– Ability to negotiate and conduct business correspondence
– Knowledge of English: at least intermediate
